OBJECTIVE
Spartan Protein had a basic and clumsy website that had a low conversion rate and as a result most orders were placed on FB using direct messaging.
DigitalParade were tasked with creating a simple UX friendly e-commerce website solution that users can place orders on that superseded the FB process.
APPROACH
We designed and developed a website which had UX at its core, mobile optimised, easy to navigate and simple to purchase.
Product listings and categorisations were built on a robust content management system, which made content updates easy and simple for the client.
All content was SEO optimised with technical SEO included to ensure organic visibility in a crowded market.
We also included data capture for easy follow ups via email alerts and ran 2 social channels bringing Spartan Protein front of mind in the customer journey.
RESULTS
Spartan Protein had a 245% increase in page views with a 320% increase in sales.
